Settlement of a garden between Maʻsumah Khatun and Ghulam Husayn, 1901
Maʻsumah Khatun, the wife of Mirza Hasan ʻAmu Saʻid, settles part of her garden to Ghulamhusayn, the son of Ismaʻil (the oil-seed miller), on 5 February 1901 for 7 tumans.

Settlement of Zahra Khatun, on behalf of her mother, with ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan, 1917
Zahra Khatun, the daughter of ʻAziz Allah Suhani (on behalf of her mother, Khadijah Khanum, the daughter of ʻAbd Allah Suhani Fridani) on 21 August 1917 settles part of a property in Birinjistan village with ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan, son of Sardar Zafar, for 180 tumans. On the margin of the document a note indicates that the property belongs to ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan's mother and whoever takes possession of it is a usurper.

Dividing properties of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk among his inheritors, 1909
This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk's properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan. After ʻIsa Khan's death, his share was inherited by his uncle, Iskandar Khan Khazin al-Huzur, and his mother, Galin Khanum and supervising the transition of these properties was assigned to Aqa Sayyid Habib. Settlement between Muhammad Javad Mirza, his wife, and his brothers with Aqa Sayyid ʻAbd Allah the clockmaker, 1909
A settlement between Muhammad Javad Mirza (son of Habib Allah Mirza), his wife (daughter of Mirza Fazl Allah), his brothers (Fath ʻAli Mirza and ʻAli Mirza), with Aqa Sayyid ʻAbd Allah (a clockmaker originally from Niyak) on 28 November 1909, covering a mansion in front of Fakhriyah School, inclusive of the residential houses, stable, garden, etc in exchange for 1688 tumans and 8000 dinars. They divide the money among themselves based on their shares.

Settlement among Aqa ʻAli Naqi's inheritors, 1869
Aqa Muhammad (son of Haj Habib Allah), on behalf of his brother (Aqa ʻAli Naqi)'s inheritors, who are his wives and children, settles a house and its surrounding garden for 130 tumans to Karbala'i Imam Quli (son of Haj ʻAli) on 12 November 1869. Because Aqa ʻAli Naqi's two underage children, Jaʻfar and Kuchak Khanum, have rights in this settlement, it was agreed to keep their shares from part of the garden bought by Aqa Muhammad Salih. On the margin of the document, there are notes for the condition in which one of ʻAli Naqi's wives will not sign the settlement.

Settlement and Will of Bibi Zahra Khanum, 1914
Will of Bibi Zahra, dated February 13, 1914: Bibi Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Haji Ismaʻil, settled all her properties and belongings with Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, for 100 dinars. It was also settled that for fifty years from that date, if Bibi Zahra Khanum is alive, her living expenses should be paid, and upon her death, 40 tumans are to be spent upon: a memorial ceremony (costing 20 tumans), prayers and fasts, and to pay her debts and those of her late son, Aqa Muhammad Husayn. Marriage contract of Sughra Khanum with Aqa Fazl Allah, 1887
The marriage contract of Sughra Khanum, the daughter of Suhrab Khan, and Aqa Fazl Allah, the son of Aqa Mirza Habib Allah Shams al-Shariʻah on 21 May 1887. The mahr includes a Qurʼan, 25 tumans, 10 acres of a river, 5 acres of a land in Gulpaygan, 4 acres in a sahara, 2 acres of a garden, and one sixth of a house. In 1921, Fazl Allah settled all of his properties with Hajiyah Bibi Khanum. When Bibi Khanum abrogated this transaction due to her Hajj pilgrimage, Fazl Allah settles for four and a half-sixth of his building with Bibi Hajiyah.

Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, 1854
Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum, the daughter of Aqa ʻAli, and Muhammad Sadiq, the son of Mirza Husayn, on June 23, 1854. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including a rug and a pair of felt rugs, a qalamkar bed covering, parts of some gardens and one sixth of a dyer's shop. These properties were part of the bridegroom's mother's mahr but went on to be included in the bride's mahr. Marriage contract between Sakinah Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and Aqa Muhammad Saʻid, the son of Aqa Ismaʻil, dated April or May 1825. The mahr is 60 tumans, a female slave worth 21 tumans, four sixths of a building in Fath Abad, two pieces of land in Vadasht, and a garden in Fath Abad.
